Arden on the Severn

Crownsville, MD

Arden on the Severn is comprised of two official community organizations

1. The Arden Community Association (ACA) is a voluntary membership. ACA is Arden's collective voice serving as liaison with local, state, and federal jurisdictions and local environmental groups  handling all things community related and of community interest.

2. Arden Beaches, Inc. (ABI) is a deed-mandated membership and is the owner of Arden's private beach and park properties. ABI is the maintenance corporation handling the management, operations and maintenance of Arden's private beach properties.

The Arden Community Association (ACA) is Arden's collective voice at the local, state and federal level, working with local activist groups on environmental, development, and infrastructure issues affecting our community.

The ACA is the owner and trustee of Arden's community building (Town Hall), and is responsible for managing and maintaining the building and grounds.  It serves as Arden's social "hub" for various committees and clubs organized for the betterment of Arden.

Membership in the ACA is voluntary and very important to support these important activities.

Arden Beaches, Inc. (ABI) is the owner and maintenance corporation for Arden's private community beach and park properties. It exists only for the maintenance and operation of the beaches. It operates separately from the ACA.

ABI issues annual invoices to all lot owners for deeded assessments and the regulation-required annual access user fee both which must be paid to enable the ordering of beach and amenity (vehicle, boat launch, dinghy dock and watercraft storage rack passes).

All lot owners and residents paying annual assessments and access user fees are considered members with the ability to access Arden's water privileges. Pay your annual fees and order your passes today.
